TGI (TgiBooks) has the following policies regarding shipping and refunds. By making a purchase on this site, you acknowledge these conditions. Please read them carefully.

You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by TGI within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). TGI will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Within less than two business days of receiving your payment, TGI will ship your product to you. You will be notified of any delays via email at the address you provided, and will be given the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

TGI reserves the right to choose the best shipping method available. Currently, TGI uses United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (UPS) using their UPS Ground Service. Delivery times vary depending on location, not to exceed five (5) business days.

TGI uses multiple warehouses and at its option will select the best method of fulfillment. This may include third-party services that act on TGI's behalf. All available methods have been used to preserve the privacy of the customer and such third-parties are bound by the same privacy policy as TGI.

TgiBooks is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Aster Media, LLC. By making a purchase at TGIBooks.com, you acknowledge that Blue Aster Media, LLC is authorized to charge your account, that Blue Aster Media, LLC will appear as the merchant on your statement, and that you authorize this transaction.
